I have owned LG G3, gpad2, gpad3 without any issues. My friends with G5 have had battery bulging issues and other quirks but it's not a dealbreaker. You will likely find problems months into using the phone and you'll end up dealing with LG for warranty anyways. Hot deal if you haven't upgraded your phone for a few years. I'd snatch it but unfortunately my ZTE Axon 7 is still serving me well from last year's $470 deal.
That IS unfortunate.

Grabbed one. Very little to lose here, even with no returns. DOA would be an issue, perhaps, but Newegg has always been decent with me in the past
I online chatted with newegg. The agent said if the V20 is DOA, there's a 30 day returned period (from invoice date).

Thanks! Now to make sure it works with Telus/PM, as it doesn't say, and I can't find the V20 on willmyphonework. Weird. If it doesn't will cancel PayPal before it ships. Would be nice to know.

Ok, then technically, I should be good on PM. Thanks!

Any disadvantage to it being the AT&T variant? Is it full of non deletable AT&T bloat?

Dang I got this from BH and haven't picked it up yet (tonight I am). After tax I only paid $52 more though, and this has the no return thing. Not so bad I guess

EDIT: and mine is the US996 model, no longer feel like I missed out
Curious - what is the difference between the US996 and 910? I have googled, but 99% of the specs look to be the same. Any major difference?

AT&T unlocked, so I would assume no warranty in Canada.
The myth on the Internet is that Canadians are nice people. Those people who say this just haven't been on RFD.

just because your phone bleeds, doesn't mean every phone will bleed.
It's not my phone, it's a picture I got from Reddit.

And yes, it's a flaw with all of these phones, they all suffer from it.
As we all know, the Greater Toronto Area is the center of the universe!

That's where my mind is as well.
Interested in the phone, but don't want to deal with that much bloatware.

The price seems good, but after dealing with the bootloop issue and LG support for the G4, I would not recommend getting an LG phone to anyone. It is a huge pain and LG is not willing to acknowledge and address the problem.

My wife's G4 finally experienced the bootloop issue back in September (after having used it for 21 months). The repair was covered by LG (based on the G4 IMEI being part of a batch that LG acknowledged as having the bootloop issue). Came back, all is good again...but my wife moved over to an A5 already.

I have been using the V20 (H915) for 7 months now. So far so good...except the lack of cucstom room, root and unlocked bootloader. Thinking if I should get the H910 instead.
