[Newegg] [OPEN BOX] GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700 XT Graphics Card - $464 + $9.99 shipping

Decent price, and Newegg is the seller.

Important: No returns except for replacement, but looks like refund is possible if they run out of stock on open box 5700XTs.
Replacement Only Return Policy
Request a return for replacement within: 30 days
This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. For items covered by this policy (those products for which Newegg states “This item is covered by Newegg’s Replacement Only Return Policy”), you must request a return for replacement within 30 days from the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

Where? They're still $500 new, at the least. Some are sub-500 with MIRs.

Both 5700xt and the non xt version has been on sale for weeks, don't think it has stopped. Last I heard the 5900 series is due in April.

Why do you need to buy a open box 5700 xt when you can buy a new one at 500 and easily sell the offered games for 50+

Big Navi, if it's coming this year, is Q3 at the earliest and probably Q4 for decent prices.

Sure, but this cuts out that selling step. They should have dropped prices lower, imo.

^yeah with the price and driver issue I'm going to pass the 5700 series, hopefully 5800/5900 series will be more suitable.

Heads up that a lot of people are having issues with 5700 XT. It's probably better to pay a bit more for a stable card.

You might actually be better off buying a Leafs ticket or two instead of this. I keed.
But yes there's like a 50% chance these will have issues of some kind crashes, overheating etc

I returned a 5800xt because of issues. They need to fix their drivers.

AMD needs to figure their shit out. Navi is NOT stable, even this far after release. Rampant driver issues that cause system stability problems. If you're one of the few who experience no issues, consider yourself lucky. If you're one of the many who live with the driver issues because you expect them to be fixed, I commend your patience, even if it may be misplaced. If you're like me and don't accept that kind of bullshit for your hard-earned cash, get a 2070 Super.
