Barely warm, $79 is a very common price for this drive right now. I bought my first WD 1tb Green about four months ago for the same price.

Interestingly this is what the guy at NCIX recommended to me, since they were sold out of the PVR-optimized ones. Low juice, low heat, bigger cache.
