You have to be comfortable taking apart your phone, but it worked perfectly (no recurrence in 10 months since I did this). Cost was less than $10 for the compressed air and AV cleaner.

Thats a long time..at least your getting a refund I'm still waiting on my phone...been 3 weeks since I sent it into FutureTel....emails to them go unanswered.

Yeah I think it might be the same problem... I warned my dad who has a 6p about this just to keep backups, he wouldn't mind a refund either if it happens.
