Niagara On The Lake Bed & Breakfast HELP!
Ok so I have a day off so the girlfriend and I are going on a mini-get away 2-day vacation...anyone have any reccomendations for a B&B in NOTL??? I went to the B&b website for NOTL but there are over 200 choices! Looking for something nice (although I assume they are all nice with nice breakfasts!) and around $90/night would be great...
thanks..._______________

So funny, this week I was looking for a B&B in Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls too. I actually went through the BB site quite extensively and my two favorites are these ones. I haven't booked yet, but will probably do it for next week or the week after. If you pick either of these places, please PM me and tell me what it was like.

I can't get over the fact that you're just renting a room in someone's house.
I did it once in the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York but I think I'd rather stay at an Inn._______________

I reviewed all links and have a question (a stupid question).
Is there a reason why people like B&B? I would like to give it a try but want to know what are the thing I need to watch out for this type of rental?

You get to meet different people, if you stay in a nice house you may really like the decor ie an old Victorian mansion, free breakfasts (don't have to worry about finding somewhere to eat), usually cheaper than hotels and less busy, a homey atmosphere at some places rather than sterile hotel surroundings, depending on the hosts they can recommend restaurants & things to see. I've enjoyed the ones I've stayed in with my family.

I recommend Collards Bed & Breakfast. http://www.collards.com/
A little higher than the price you are looking for, but if you give them a call they may have something cheaper.
