I don't know if this is a good deal or not, but Canadian Tire is having their 84th Birthday, in the flyers theres a night owl optics monoculars for $169.99. Reg price is $269.99.

For just under $200, you can see in the dark, is that a good deal?

Well, given the nature of RFD, I'd say they'd probably be stocker stalkers

Sitting outside stores at night with the night vision goggles watching for any clearance pricetags being put on the shelves by the overnight staff

Anyhow, this sure sounds like a good deal, anyone know what these normally go for at other/specialty retailers?

NVG's are definately kool, first one I tried in the 80's were kool , just simply because you could see at night.
