Nike RMA
I've been hearing ppl say they send their shoes back to nike and get a new one. Does anyone know where do u send it and what u have to do specifically? what other shoe companies does this?

Ideally in the morning around 9am as the queue's aren't that bad.
Call in to report your defect and have your shoe by you. They provide you with a return code, (W#######) then send your shoe with the return code as well as return address on the package to their Scarborough address. Send with Canada post and add insurance just in case. About a week later call back and check on the status. From there you either get approved or the shoes are returned.
You can also request them to send you a NikeTown Toronto GC (Bay/Bloor) so you can go pick the shoe out yourself. In the past they've sent me 2 so-so shoes. Most recently i sent them a pair on the 21st of April and received my replacements May 3.
