Should mention in title or description that these are refurbished units.

I was going to get a 2ds, but it will bang up pertty hard its just better to get the xl 2ds new so it gets protected. Yes its cheaper a 2ds however smaller screen and and can damage easily.

It's still important to mention it, refurbished products and brand new products are not the same. That being said, this is a very good deal and even though I already bought a 2DS XL recently at around that price, OP thanked.
Happy Koodo Public Mobile customer :-)

How did you get this with no tax?

From the Nintendo site:
Tax Information:

Nintendo is required to collect applicable taxes in the U.S. and Canada. The tax amount displayed is an estimate based on your Shipping Address. The actual tax amount you will be billed is calculated at the time of shipment. This amount may differ from the estimate based on the final amount charged or any changes made to your shipping address. The Nintendo Online Store is located in Redmond, Washington, United States of America.
I think you need to change your description. I did buy one and I was charged 13% -- for the refurb.

I dont know why but i was charged no tax. I used chrome, it might be because i have a vermont us account, getting delivered to toronto. Might have to do
With that, i even checked my mastercard. No tax.

My nintendo account is us, so i put on a state with no tax. I do pay us but it works for me on the exchange. I have funds that come in that are us.

In that case, you should change the title and thread info because most people here buying it will be charged tax, as we're all in Canada. Or change it to see 'no tax in you're in Vermont".

Isn’t the 2DS less likely to be damaged? There’s no hinge in the design, and apparently they were made specifically to be more durable for younger gamers. I was planning to get a $65 2DS for myself and my 3 year old, but please advise otherwise.
