no beep, no display = mobo dead or cpu?
after my comp crashed, when i tried restarting it, it doesnt show any display nor beep.. thought it was the mobo so i bought a new one.. installed it and it does the same thing.. no display or beep.. does that mean the cpu is dead? wouldnt it beep if the cpu doesnt work.. tried taking out the cpu and turned on still no beep.. any ideas? will the ram affect it?
