Right now, No Frills is having a sale on Janes Pub Style Chicken Strips / Chicken Nuggets / Chicken Burgers for $6.97, but inside marked boxes, there's actually a $4.00 off coupon inside.

Coupon expires Aug 31, 2018. Combine that with the sale, the box of chicken strips ended up being $2.97.

Same opportunity at Food Basics $6.99 per box, some have the $4 off coupon.

Freshco has Jane's fish for $4.99 and some boxes have the same $4 off coupon making them $0.99 for 450g.

Lol coupon is inside the box. So you need to buy one at regular price and the ones after is $4 off. I went to Walmart and saw alot of $4 boxes, so I pm NF to get my first coupon box.

So are we supposed to carry scissors when we go shopping for these boxes? Face With Tears Of Joy
Isn't it great to live in the 21st century where deleting history has become more important than making it.

Is the coupon printed on the box itself or is it separate? I have no problem opening box in-store to retrieve coupon before I buy, but I won't clip it from the cardboard box itself....I'm an RFDer but still capable of some shame!Smiling Face With Sunglasses

Printed inside the box. Most retailers probably won't let u open it and rip up the box without paying for it first lol

True RFD god buys the chicken and a pair of scissors. Finishes transaction and goes directly to customer service desk. While in line, open the box, clip the coupon, then return the scissors and does price adjustment on the chicken. If lucky, you may even SCOP the scissors.

Instead of ripping up the box before buying why not just buy the first box at full sale price, keep the receipt, cut out the coupon, buy the second box then return the second box with the first receipt. If you want more than one box just do multiple trips before doing the return at the end.
Last day for the sale today.

I'm anxiously awaiting a picture of trunk full of chicken fingers & fish sticks like the Nestea few years back. C'mon fellow RFDer's, I'm counting on you!!!

Edit for history...man, can't believe this was 6 years ago!

I've never paid more than $5 for this product, which I buy about 3-4 times a year. I'll take my chances on being able to pick up one or two of the boxes that carry the coupon for less than $6.97.
