No more KFC $3.29 tues special?

Haven't been back to KFC for a while.

I heard rumours that the $3.29 tues special has been discontinued? Is that true? Just want to find out before I step back in there today and not waste my time.

KFC/Taco Bell at Yonge/Bloor had this sign yesterday (Aug 24)

Easiest thing to do though is call your local location and ask them.

The $3.29 Tuesday special is still alive and well. I honestly do not know if select locations are raising the price though.
(FYI: Eaton centre food court location was the first to increase from $2.99 to $3.29-the rest followed later-maybe keep an eye on them?)

I've confirmed 2 Calgary locations don't have it anymore. Probably applies to the whole Calgary region, if not all of Alberta. All they have now is the $5 fillup...which is an everyday thing.

Amazing how we've gone from Toonie Tuesday to 3.29 Tuesday in a matter of years.

Food is complete junk. Personally feel the quality has gone down over the years. Better off going for subway these days.

$3.29 plus tax is $3.45. How much did your coworker pay? What location?

That's ironic as KFC at least uses whole chicken pieces compared to the pressed garbage that Subway uses.

Actually, $3.45 sounds about right.
There's only one KFC/Taco Bell in all of Kanata; which is the Hazeldean location.

Yes but that pressed garbage doesn't taste like they literally took the chicken out of the deep fryer and plopped it directly into the customer's box without proper straining.
(yes, they respectfully did, but you get my point!)

It was $2 for 2 pc & fries when I was about 15 yrs old, so like 17 or so yrs ago. 17 yrs ago, rent was much cheaper, employee costs was much cheaper, heck even food costs was much cheaper

More like 15 years. Pretty much in line with inflation.
