no voicemail notification?? - bell - galaxy3

hey,

I used to have an iphone 4, always have gotten notifications whenever someone leaves a voicemail. switched a few months ago to the galaxy 3 and all of a sudden that stopped...

is this a setting with the phone (ive looked through the menus with no luck)? network (do i have to call in to activate this function or something)?

my sister got the exact same phone as me around the same time and she gets notifications (we're on a group plan)

any help would be great, thanks!

I believe you do, my boy had this problem with his Note 2.

I can't remember where in settings though.
