Non-Moving Violations on Driver Abstract
Do non-moving violations (Plate Obstruction, Fail to provide proof, etc) appear on someones Driver Abstract from MTO?

Any update on this? Will a "Fail to Display Two Plates" ticket appear on your abstract? If it does, any idea on how insurance companies look at this... increase rates, etc.?
