Im looking for a not too expensive router, i found an asus router on sale at canada computers for 54.99 minus rebate and savings comes to 34.99.

Wireless or just wired?
If wireless, does your current pc or laptop support the "N" standard which is a lot faster and better range than "G"? If not, do you expect to upgrade your equipment in the future?_______________

The Asus router is not a bad choice. It provides quite a lot of features that may come handy in the future even though you do not require the use of it.
the WL-520gU comes with a USB port for plugging in printers, so essentially you can share your printer across multiple machines!
