Picked up 2 more as the ones I have now are completely falling apart...

Perfect for use with the Cotton Carrier... :D
Yeah I don't see how people would pay retail $50-$55 for something as basic as that. It came with all the Canon packaging and all so it should be real. Feels really good too.
kay188 wrote: Ooooo. That iPhone looks pretty bad. You should complain to apple that you bought it, and it came like that... :D

After everyone left, i walked from spadina to dundas square, and did a little creeping myself... :D

I actually got some good shots.
Handheld 70-200 at lowest, 1/60, F/2.8, ISO3200, and I got pretty sharp results! :)

We all should have went over to the core when we couldn't find Nikko, in my opinion. :)
Yeah I think we should've done that too. There wasn't much to shoot over at Kensington Market. :S

Ebay sellers probably buy bulk, and sell for cheaper but still make a profit! :O

LOL, honestly, to me, i think there was a lot to shoot at the market.
Such as people bent over, looking at the food.
With the right DoF, it would have made a great image.
We just lack the "nice lenses" to create such image... :D

Actually, we all lacked motivation because we felt abandoned because we couldn't find Nikko.

Kaitlyn wrote: Haha so just looking through my photos... I forget who, but someone was trying to take picture of Andrew/the bee since a bee wouldn't leave him alone. I decided to just take a photo of Andrew anyways - and I got the bee upon review! haha

His right ear:

That sucker was CLOSE to him!

As we were walking up Spadina, I saw Mark talking to a little girl sitting on his wheelchair.

I thought, oh man. This would be a great shot... sadly, I was lazy, and didn't have my camera out.. :(

I didn't realize how small my pancake lens looks with me trying to focus it :P
I tried to use it as my creeper lens today, shooting nonchalantly without looking as I walked past people.

If I didn't accidentally do something illegal, I'll post the pics up after it gets processed. I used high-speed Ilford B&W film, so hopefully it'll give me the genuine retro look, hehe

Hey hey, remember that guy who walked past us on college street while we were headed towards spadina?

Well, he was holding his Ricoh camera, and as he came towards us, just right before passing us, he put his eye up towards the viewfinder, and took a picture.

I was the only one who took notice of him passing by and what he was doing..
The other 3 people who were left walked pass the dude not realizing what he did.

Pro stuff. I'm interested in seeing his shot.. :D

Here are some of mine. I don't think I can just walk up to someone and take a picture of them just like that.

Was testing my new Sigma 30/1.4 for sharpness and bokeh, and I can say I'm pretty happy with it. Some quick and dirty raw conversions:
Looks pretty sharp to me. I'm looking to get a Canon 35mm f/2.0 right now but your pictures make me want to consider the Sigma 30mm as well. :/ Decisions, decisions..

Hey guys, sorry I couldn't join you guys today. I had a last minute business related stuff I had to attend to.

I didn't get there till 5:20pm and only had about 30mins of good light to work with. Below are some snaps I took using only a 50mm. I'm trying out a 16:9 aspect ratio and I had that in mind before taking these pictures below (I just cropped the top and bottom of the images, otherwise it's full-frame).
