The people who run the event were in town for Nuit Blanche and wouldn't be back till this weekend, so thats why it got pushed back to today. They used to be in Toronto all year long, but now they bounce around between a few cities

I went (of course) and it was fun as usual. But not as fun as previous years. A few big issues I think were the fact that the "attending" list on facebook had grown to 2000 and there was quite a lot of word-of-mouth, so the organizers were expecting >2000 attendees. But because it got delayed and it was cold, either a lot of people forgot or changed their mind so I'd peg attendance at less than 1000. As a result there were way too many glowsticks and the teams werent very fair. Plus, many people had glowsticks for multiple teams.

I remember returning to the meeting point around 10:30 and still seeing buckets of glowsticks.

But I had fun none the less
After 4+ years I was finally on the winning team too ... but with most of the players on my team anyway I guess it was kind of expected

Yup! I was also on the winning team for once

Turnout was smaller, I found security in the PATH a little more lax... which was good. I spent a lot of time north of King, that's for sure.

I was on the blue team. I'm pretty sure they won. I was in enemy territory a lot, defending isn't as much fun

Most are too busy, you know, playing the game, to have time to stop to take photos. There was no way I would bring a camera with me.

I enjoyed the event, but, again, too many cheaters... Come on people, it is a friendly game, you only hurt the overall enjoyment of the game.
