I'd stay far far away from these. I picked up two black pairs from BestBuy (or was it FutureShop) many months ago for $70ish after price matching. One of the pairs, the plastic at the top cracked after just a few days of use from a manufacturing defect (the diameter of the plastic cylinder was too small to fit outside the parts). The battery life is decent, got about 8-12 hours of use. But the major issue was that connected to any device, they had horrible audio quality, constant crackles and nosies and on OS X it was a nightmare. They would just disconnect and power off after 30 seconds making them useless. The microphone is garbage, you can only use it once you switch to Mono audio at 8kHz or something like that.

That's just my opinion, I doubt they still carry these. But I would recommend you stay away from these. They look good in pictures but are absolute junk build and audio quality.
