That way when its in stock, your msn will notify you an email from console watch has been sent. Quickly go to consolewatch and click on the place that has a checkmark. Last step is order (with all ur credit card info already stored in FS or BB (Don't use Visa) ).

Probably referring to the Verified by Visa... Just set that up as well ahead of time and you should be fine.
