Was browsing around and saw this posted? GIGABYTE GTX 1060 MINI ITX OC 6GB for $169.99 USD i assume? https://www.cdw.com/product/GIGABYTE-GT ... -B/5116967

Say its outlet price ? Probably an ameri-friend deal tho.
In checking in on that site, this is what is now posted "This item was discontinued on June 20, 2018" Either too much of a good thing, or cleared old stock.

Very good price but now that vid card prices are back to normal, I’m waiting until the next gen Nvidia cards are being released rumoured to be end of July or early August as this generation of cards are now close to two years old but this is a great price for those that can’t/won’t wait.

I bet they get cheaper.

News was a nVidia board partner returned 300 000 chips due to lack of demand. Crypto is quiet so that demand is gone, and lots of gamers are waiting for next gen, since these cards are 2 years old now.

Hard to buy a two years old card at the same price two years ago.

Just going to wait for next gen or until 10 series drop by a ton.

Good for people who need them right away.

next Nvidia GPU as usual during initial release will have a higher MSRP than the best current market price of GPU GTX 1080 Ti, limited availability, Hoarded and sold at profit.

$643 cdn seems like a very fair price for the performance. doesn't matter if it's 2 years old since designed.

New cards are rumoured to start at $1000 USD. Dollar to FPS this is and will remain a better deal.

I have this card, had since launch week in 2016 (back when it was still decent prices $721+tax from direct canada)

Performs great, cooling works well, and it’s fairly quiet.

This price is nice, especially after nearly 18m of nasty prices and shortages on the market.

But keep in mind it is a 2yr card, and I imagine an GTX-1160 will probably perform similar at around $450-500 when release later this year.
