Preshan - I attempted to use the pickup option several times at NYaddress - and nothing was ever ready - so I don't think it matters either way as they pay no attention whether you tell them or not.

If it were CBI on the other hand they do get things ready so over there it would matter.

Has anyone had any success picking up their packages without providing them with the United States Postal Service signature on file?

So what's the turnaround time nowadays. If they receive a package, can we pick it up the same day or next day? or do you gotta wait to be safe?

Got 2 packages didn't send them anything

@Alex1114 I was getting email same day for the packages received, but couple of months ago needed something urgent, and as soon as it was delivered I headed south, got the package from the pile that wasn't entered in the system with no problem

Hi I just sighed up, have a question before I make my online order.

Should I use my name combined with their shipping address to the online retailer? If I didnt provide the USPS from, will the package be shipped to them successfully? Or I should not use the name for my order.

For reimbursement purposes (medical item), I need to deliver item to my wife's name. I already have suite/box number with NYAddress, and we don't like to create another one w/out the need.
Can I just put her name for delivery and the same suite number? Do they charge for it additionally?

Thank you.

Hopefully they cut me a deal lol

Otherwise it'll cost me about $120

Hoping to score $60-80 lol

Considering most people pickup a couple of packages for less than $10.
Heh Heh - not if Patricks there - I picked up that many several times . In fact they will rip you off for $2.00 US ( advertised 40 X $2.95 - actual 40 X $3.00 ).

And that assumes they can find them all as well.

Went there today.

They charged me $3 each for 34 items, it's only 5 cents so it's not a big deal, didn't bring it up to them.

I was expecting 36 packages but they only had 34 even though I know 36 was delivered there.

Update:
So I came home and cross referenced all the tracking numbers I had with the ones on my accounts and found that 2 packages were delivered to NYAddress but they did not add it to their system, which is why they had no idea what 2 packages I was talking about.

Gonna bring those tracking #'s with me the next time I go there in a few months.

I have 36 tracking numbers and only 34 of them were added to their system, and I was able to pickup all 34 of those today.

Should have checked before I made the trip, but oh well.

I’ve been using them since the beginning as well. I haven’t had a single problem with them (even though I have no idea how their messy sorting system works) until this past year. The guy even had me look through every package for over and hour to find them. No luck. They don’t answer their emails.

I have lost all confidence in them. I’m not going to accuse them of stealing (I don’t care really) but they have lost one too many packages that I have proof were signed by the guys there.

Use American mailbox across from Seneca casino. Never had a issue. In and out in minutes.

Possible the suite number wasn't added.

it had to be there because all these packages were ordered from the same website with the same address on the profile.

Just human error on NYAddress's part.

Edit: just got an email saying they "received" a package.

Looks like 1/2 have been found.

So was the thing where you had to fill out the USPS form unnecessary?

Wow, I should have read more comments here before shipping 2 package there.
How is thier scanning speed during holidays seasons? One has been delivered for a week and still not in the system. The other one is on the way.

They suppose to be Christmas gift... Maybe I should keep my fingers crossed that they will arrive in time for Valentine’s if they didn’t get lost after delivered there Confused Face

Here's maybe a new one.

Got an email today saying there's a package waiting for me. So I logged in to their site to see how many I had there. It only listed 1 package. I should have more like 5 or 6.

So I tracked the other packages that have arrived since I was last there in late November they are all showing as picked up last weekend. Well that's impossible I'm the only person who knows my info for this spot. So I called he told me so long as they know your email and suite# I give them their packages, well fair enough i suppose but I haven't shared that info with anyone.

They're looking into it. I really hope they are still there....

Ugh
