just to confirm, these are the full file versions, which means you don't need original CD to perform the update, you just have to run these files

People still use Outlook? I thought with all the virus scares, people would all use Mozilla or abandone POP3 all together. I just forward it to Gmail.

these problems are usually caused by dumb users (if i may call them that)

for safety i would recommend getting SP2 for word and excel

some macros are really evil and SP2 would give some protections to that
