lol...definitely not a heavy-action-motel-headboard-slapping mattress here. If the bounce back is part of your technique during heavy action than you're gonna have to change it up a bit. this is like sleeping on dough.

I got this the last time it was on sale for 299,and boy what a comfy mattress,we ended up taking out our boxspring,dropping our regular mattress and putting this on top,this thing is thick,almost 10 inches,just make sure you let it sit for a day after you unpack it.
highly recommended.
