I have still yet to receive a confirmation, I placed my order at about 9:30 EST on the 3rd. Should I be expecting anything? Should I contact them?

I'm just curious if the people getting their remotes now were in the same boat, or did you guys all get your confirmation first?

I ordered the morning they went on sale. The third? around 8:30PST. I did not get an acknowledgment email. I got a confirmation email on Sunday the 7th at like midnight (Saturday night - Early Sunday Morning) - (wierd).

Remote showed up today. I thought I had missed the deal, but unfortunately for my credit card, I did not.

Got my new 880 via Purolator last night....went home and set it up which took all of 20 mins and all I can say is WOW.

This remote ROCKS!!!!!

And at $129 after hearing my aunt paid $279 at 2001 Audio/Video, I feel like I ripped it off.

I placed my order on Jan 3rd at 9:30.I also never received the confirmation e-mail, just the acknowledgement one. I received my remote yesterday morning.
I e-mailed Dell asking about the confirmation several days ago and still have not received a reply.

Well mine arrived, but what a terrible process. I had to wait until I got the invoice in the mail, which had the tracking number on it because I never got a confirmation. Then I had to phone purolator to ask them where it was and they said it was available for pickup since the 4th, but they didnt have my phone number.

Oh well I guess at least it's here.

Still not here for me. It says I have an estimated delivery of Jan 16th, even though my order status has not changed to 'shipped'.

I think they're trying to wait me out or something.....

Maybe it's the gods telling me I don't need it and I should just cancel....
