OK, I'm slightly new to the smartphone scene, so pardon the newbie question. I understand The Nexus 4 does not support LTE, but it does support HSPA+. Does that mean it will be able to operate on the fastest data speeds offered by Wind?

What are the chances that a 32GB Nexus 4 would be released later down the road?

The Nexus 4 will operate on HSPA+ speeds, which is not as fast as LTE.
