Yeah, agree with this. I had a slight bump when registering, but so far so good. I only use it for savings. Haven't withdrawn any so hopefully, no problem when I do. Still kinda hesitant in putting in more funds. My other to go will be WS Cash.

Is there the typical $50,000 transfer limit when pushing/transferring funds out of LBC? Can you just do multiple $50,000 transfers in the same day if necessary?

I called LBC and was told $50,000 transfer limit exists for both chequing and savings, and one can transfer $50,000 multiple times one after another if needed.

However, I opted to pull funds from the other bank instead. I believe that way there is no $ limit. Also, I believe transfer out from LBC site means you lose interest on the funds while being transferred.

Yup, I’ll be setting up ETFs for Monday March 2nd to transfer all my money out and back to tangerine for now since I have a 2.75% promo there until the end of June.

Just need to wait for the LBC end of February interest deposit that should happen tonight.

Dino, why move it when you will get more interest 2.80% than at Tangerine at 2.75%?

I'm throwing it into my Tangerine TFSA (which will be better than paying taxes on 2.80% with LBC). I also do not have much of a desire to deal with the LBC website if there are competitive options. I may end up transfering my money back to LBC in July, but for now, I'll be content with 2.75% with my Tangerine TFSA.

I'm going to wait a week or two before I transfer everything out because of this. There's no rush to shift it all to Motive: 2.8% either way.

I just moved out $3000 15 minutes ago through e-transfer. The remaining funds left in LBC will be out tomorrow via EFTs.
