LAN->Route

add a route like this:

50.7.109.99 --------------------- 255.255.255.0------------------- [your router internal ip] -------------- 2 -------------------------- LAN

With the moonbox on, unblock your router to run TV apps garden. Then you load TV treasure onto your moonbox. Once you loaded TV treasure. You can block your router again.
IP still blocked.. TV Treasure will load and show the different app, but unable to download any app from there..

Anyone could help please, I am not upto speed with my router...

Anyway, using the latest Hitron Wifi Router from Shaw and when I tried to block the port under "Port Blocking" > "Managed Service" > Add a service to block "TCP Range 9011-9011" around the clock, it didn't seem to have worked.

The Moonbox was still able to call the home network host and showed the authorization failed.

I can't see to find a way to block the network host and port.
The Devil made me buy it - RFD. :twisted:

Try powering off moonbox for 2 minutes than power on again, also....could you send a pic of the page that you setup the configuration to block service so that maybe someone with the same or similar device can help

those who are unsure if the block is working.. try use your computer or phone to connect to 50.7.109.99. if you get 403 Forbidden, then it is not blocked. if you her Site cannot be reached... you are good.

(note that this test assume you block all IP going to 50.7.109.99... not specific IP.. also, I think blocking IP is good enough... no need to block the port)

You just need to block communication to that port or ip....I would expect blocking one or the other is enough

Thanks for all the info.
I unlocked my M3S (white) by just blocking port 9011 in CISCO router (Rogers). No factory reset is required.

Heard you can trade in a Moonbox for HKE360 box for $20 and $100 subscription fee. Anyone try this deal?
