Diaz is apparently a no go for the rematch after Condit "verbally" agreed to it with Dana White. Condit's manager says nothing has been agreed to though. The internetz is speculating Diaz pissed green/or an injury is preventing him from fighting after his manager tweeted about the situation and how he would let everyone know what's up after it's sorted out.

If diaz is not fighting the cage, he looks like the type of guy who steals car stereos. Condit vs GSP would be a more competitive fight than Diaz vs GSP, GSP can just overpower anyone @ 170lbs, Diaz will just be too stupid to come up with a counter, Condit though might think of something.

the UFC on Fuel (Sportsnet in Canada) card last night was actually pretty good.

I was able to go 4 out of 5 on my picks.
My only blemish, I had Aaron Simpson who lost to Ronny Markes. It turned out to be a split decision but I thought Markes was definitely the winner with no controversy. My other picks , I had Ellenberger, Struve, Brookins, & Menjivar who all won.
Some nice close bouts & when Sanchez got Ellenberger's back I thought it could be all over but he held on for the win. As for him being the next contender, I just don't see it yet. He's pretty good but has some holes obviously that he has to fix before fighting for a title. The UFC would be better served to give him some more time before throwing him in against the likes of GSP. Bring him along slowly & they'll have something there for years to come._______________
