He's talking about a boxing match not an MMA fight.
Really? The article doesn't mention it, maybe you have another source. But in this case, how does Mayweather think that the match can get enough viewers to bring $100M++ ? Because everyone knows how this boxing match will end (unless it's fixed). McGregor may be the best MMA fighter but he's no boxer and stands no chance against Mayweather, even less than Mayweather against him in a MMA match

mcgregor's got a puncher's chance. that's all he needs.

i don't think mayweather can KO mcgregor - so that's 10-12 rounds that mcgregor has to try to KO mayweather.

Definitely hope this superfight happens. It will be the closest thing to life imitating art. LOL

Yair smashed Penn. No one is surprised. Does Penn retire for a 3rd/4th time?
At least I got to win some cash off this fight.

man that was embarrassing. not sure what penn was thinking. after his beat down against edgar he swore he was done. so he comes back a few years later to fight a guy on a 7-fight win streak. what does he think will happen? he's just damaging his legacy at this point.
Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best.

any guesses on who McGregor will fight next?
I am going to to guess the winner between Khabib vs Tony.... don't think he'll go down to 145 anymore.. .and the mayweather thing is just all hype and no substance.

He has never defended his title. I think maybe that trend continues. He will fight for the 170 pound title when he comes back (i.e Woodley/Thompson winner). Conor mentioned that last week, about sizing up Woodley and getting a third title.

Poor Holly Holm is on a terrible losing streak. She's lost her confidence and can't seem to get her mojo back. After Saturday's fight Holly has lost 3 fights in a row. She's got to get her groove back ASAP or it's time for her to retire because most people see her as just a "one hit wonder" when she KO'd Ronda Rousey.

She looked alright but she didn't change up her strikes and Randamie timed those counters perfectly every time. The ref was terrible and should've deducted a point. The fight would've ended in a draw, and that would've been a fitting ending to a very dull card.

Great news, UFC had to sign him. 2017 was looking like a weak year in terms of headliners and they need GSP back to generate some excitment. Interesting to see if he can cut to 155 and if he would lose a step at that weight class. Also would love to FINALLY see the Silva/GSP fight, even if it's a few years too late.

They need to hold it at the SkyDome or somewhere that is more than 50000 seats. It will sell out for sure and there is no point having it anywhere smaller
