Any remaining funds could even be used to send ILJAF back to the Philippines for a triumphant return.

In case my forecast fails and Canada freezes, why dont we ALL go to the Philippines?

Duterte: PH willing to accept refugees until 'filled to the brim'
Call all these people "climate refugees" Since its too cold in Canada, Duterte is more than willing to take everybody in. He may even set aside a huge part of Davao for everyone.
But dont smoke pot or face the Davao death squads.

Unfortunately, my latest data does show a large amount of cold, although snowfall doesnt appear to be much, .. yet. Although it seems that when this kind of pattern sets up, snow storms more often seem to just pop up as we get closer to them happening.
I see a pattern dominated by cold till around Dec 21. Unclear how soon the pattern may seize. But we still stand a chance to revert back to mild by the start of winter. The CFS does say it should change back by then but we shall wait a while so I can see. The official start of winter is many days away still.
Maybe I better update this thread!

About one inch of snow. Better than nothing.
A life spent making mistakes is not only more memorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

Your sig needed a few adjustements, other than that, its gold. And perfectly suited to this thread content.

Lake effect should vary from none in some parts of GTA to a dusting in others.

The real deal comes Sunday night,Monday. Seems like 5-10 cm in the GTA. On the GFS.
