Commute was great (surprisingly). Markham to Downtown only took about 30mins. Guess everyone is away for March Break or worked from home today.

It appears that temps have been falling. So no MOAR rain! Things will freez up. The heaviest precip still appears south of the border.

I was browsing through Google Earth in the Philippines on an island in the dead centre of the country and saw this! I thought, how could someone's photo get approved for the Philippines if it has snow, cuz I know for a fact that it does not snow there!

So this photo posted on Iloilo, Philippines is NOT Iloilo at all!

btw, this what you see in this photo posted to the Philippines is the exact amount of snow we have so far from the storm in T-Dot.

According to Google Maps, it seems like its a 1 hour commute back home, which isn't bad compared to the 1 hour 5 to 1 hour 10 minute commute on a normal day. Highway 427 is showing some SLOW areas north of Rexdale IIRC. So avoid that at all costs. 401E, 400N have a yellow line with regards to traffic conditions. I may leave at noon ish

It is noon in central-north Toronto and it does not look good. Husband left for work at 6:30 a.m. and it was clear. Then it started. It is windy, the snow is blowing, the temp is falling and the ground is well covered in snow (my dog was happy - I was not). The trip home for my husband from downtown Toronto- subway and bus - will not be pleasant. I spent the past couple of days chopping ice - and now this.

Way better to take the subway than driving if you ask me.
