In all honesty since the weather has improved the last few weeks, I have been a lot better mood. This winter overall was awful. One of the worst I have experienced since moving here.

You're probably suffering from SAD.

Get a natural light lamp and supplement with Vitamin D, you'll feel better during the winter.

No, it's not that. It started in the middle of January as soon as the weather got bad which seem to be ongoing until a couple of weeks ago. Snow, ice, freezing rain, wind storms, just on and on.

This is actually the very definition of SAD. I have it pretty severe right after Christmas. Every. Single. Season.

That's a clinical case of 'living in Ontario'.

Honestly, it is not that. I only get it when the weather is really bad and I do have a fear when it is icy and having to walk on it. It's nothing to do with daylight hours or temperature drops.

If there was no snow I would be fine.

Speak to your doctor, you may indeed have SAD.

Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Why did my classmates and teachers ask me if I'm sad when my dog passed away in grade 5? Weird.

Oh my god shit! I put on summer tires ealier this week. I hope it isn’t too bad or I’ll be in a ditch for sure.
Yeah, way too early to swap. Just don’t go out tonight and tomorrow morning and you’ll be fine.

Rainfall warning now in effect. 15-30cm by the lake.
