Guess what i did with the skin? I rendered all the fat out. So it fried up in its own chicken fat.
I had a good 6 pieces of crispy fried chicken skin. I added the chicken lard to my collection for other cooking use.
Later tonight.. i will have that french canadian beef&pork pie with steamed vegetables.
Found a ready to bake one at loblaws
