Yeah, so you buy the gift card at 15% off, and then you use the gift card to buy the clothes at 25% off (or 30% off). You don't use the 25% off to directly buy the gift card.

I called in and apparently if you return some items that you buy with a gift card + credit card, it would go back to your gift card first. So too bad that I'll have to skip this offer since I don't usually keep all of the $50+ worth of merchandise I buy when I order online

Basically I'm interested in knowing if these are their 'regular' giftcards.

Bought $150 at Old Navy a few days ago, used it at Gap today to buy a sweater. Haven't checked online, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

Sweater was $30 (marked down from $50 originally), plus 30% off, and a further 15% off effectively because of the gift card. 30*0.7 - $21 plus tax. Then effectively 21*0.85 = $17.85+tax final price. Pretty hot because of the stacking.

Purchased a $500 gift card, minus 15% off, at Old Navy today and was told it should be ok to use at the Gap and Banana Republic as well.

Went through the checkout process online, although didn't actually check out, and balance was also taken off the gift card so seems to be good to use at the Gap and Banana Republic.

I purchased the Old Navy gift card on Dec 7 and just finished paying for an online purchase (GAP and Old Navy) using the Old Navy gift card. So, yes, you can use it online for any of the three stores.
