It's a grey area in regards to the laws of whether online gambling is legal or not. However, it is definitely not illegal and you can gamble as much as you would like online. The only problem is that many credit card companies and 3rd party online wallet sites do not allow transactions through gambling sites, which has made it difficult to move money around. You're going to have to find one of these online wallet sites that do allow transactions through gambling sites. A few off the top of my head are epassporte.com and click2pay.com

willhill.com
You can gamble to your hearts content on that site. The only problem is finding a Canadian credit card company that will allow you to add funds to your account. Mine won't let me (RBC and MBNA)._______________

I move funds in and out of gambling sites using click2pay.com.
I have a debit card from Click2Pay to withdraw winnings from any bank machine.

that us bill to prevent usage of ccs to fund 'gambling' sites really took a toll on all the bettors/poker players! i used to use neteller.com all the time and now of course they shut that down... i guess alot of kids were using there parents ccs online or alot of cc fraud
