Online Rim/Tire Order - US Pickup

This is kind of an extension of the discount tire thread. I'm thinking about putting an order in for a set of large rims and tires and picking them up in Niagara on the US side. Does anyone have experience doing this and how did it go? Did you call the receiving place first (CBI or UPS Store) and did you have any problems with the whole process?

I had ordered from Discount Tire 4 rims with winter tires on them which came wrapped up in a transparent nylon, so 4 packages, plus another set of 4 rims only for my wife's car. These came in one package.
CBI was very professional, I didn't have an account yet so I had to give them my name to make sure the package arrived. They would have called me but I got ahead of them by looking at the UPS tracking info.
Since then, I had 2 more packages delivered to them and everything went well. The price is $5.95 USD per package with no time limit.
