Ontario: Aviva or Pembridge auto insurance

Hi, there.

I'm getting the auto quotes.
Pembridge and Aviva look good so far. (Pembridge is $20 lower than Aviva.) I don't know which insurance company is good when I need them.

For the money, I'd like to go with Pembridge, but I'm not sure about their customer service. Please let me know if you have the experience and information about Pembridge and Aviva.

thanks...

Aviva - better customer service, an agent always answers phone

For Pembridge you may need to leave voice mails since there is only one broker you can talk to

The broker that provided you with the quote, would probably have a really good idea based on existing customers' experience with either company versus a one-off experience from one person here or there.
