if we currently are subscribed to the same plan but was paying $49.99 plus tax, is there anyway to adjust our plan to reflect this new price?

What about if we're on the 25/10 plan and want to upgrade?

I believe for the Internet 50 there's only an option to purchase the modem for $129 or rent for $6.99 per month.

However, if you have a referral from a friend, you can get a $70 credit for the installation and a $20 cash credit towards your bill if you purchase a modem. You can easily sell the modem on Kijiji if you don't need it.

Also note the price for the Internet 50 is $39.99/30 days for Ontario and $44.99/30 days for Quebec

So, this is for Ontario and Quebec only! You could mention that in the headline.

I was looking at the other deleted thread about the 50M plan and called CarryTel yesterday asking about the referral promo code. and unfortunately was told it does not work with this promo, to apply I would need to choose another plan (like the 25M). That said, I would most likely go with the reseller who cannot be named on the forum, as their modem price is $99 vs. $129 at CarryTel and everything else being equal.

Existing customer can call carrytel to get the deal but need to prepaid for one year then billing goes back to monthly after the year. Good thing is that the plan change fee will be waived. Yes, do not mention the reseller as OP stated otherwise this thread will magically disappear.

Ymmv..it depends on your line. I had a rough start but after switching to a kasda modem all is well. Do the 7 day trial to find out!
