Ontario Property tax class, residential/ multi residential?

For property tax purpose, is townhouse in the multi residential class?

I couldn't understand the law
http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/regs/e ... _e.htm#BK5

Generally the tax rate for multi residential class is doubled. Only apartment and condo are multi residential?

Dude - the link you provided says multi-res properties are those with 7 or more units. Comprehension fail.

Read subsections.
I think multi-res properties are apartments. Condos, townhouses are not. I maybe wrong.
