[Ontario] What is the next city to grow in GTA

After the growth of King, Richmond Hill, Oakville in GTA which city will see the next big price growth.

Is there any chance of Halton hills becoming the next big price market?

no other city will be like Toronto or GTA....
Niagra Falls might have a chance of a slight boom....

fuel + ignition = fire.
no fuel no ignition else where.

Some money has been moving to Ottawa, but there is no fuel there, ignition along doesn't do the magic.

Hamilton
Hamilton is still burning hot.
St Catherine's is also going above warm. Bidding wars and all.

With average prices among the lowest in the GTA, I would say Oshawa with 2 new GO stations to be built and that will be servicing its downtown and 2 universities and 1 college. Hwy 407 was just completed there and the 418 will be done soon so this will impact the house price positively in the area. Additionally they are actively looking to build the marina near the federal port and VIA is building a new station. All big public infrastructure that will shoot up the price of properties around. RioCan is also planning to build one of the biggest malls in the GTA there.

Don't bother mentioning any town if it doesn't currently have, or have future plans to be on a GO Train service line with access to the Toronto Downtown Core.

So, look at the terminal ends of the GO Train map and have your pick from the several now-called boonie towns and go crazy.

My bet, would be on Bowmanville.

Georgetown will probably see one of the higher % gains in GTA especially with the completion of the 401 collectors expansion to credit river.

Agree. I'd include Newcastle and maybe Orono as well. Not only because of GO as you mentioned but the 407 and Darlington Nuclear refurbishment. Hundreds of well paying jobs expected with that.

Guelph is already up 20-30% this year based on source. So many places have already become the next town.
