[Origin] Battlefield 1 PC+free premium pass for $6.49CAD

Price:
$6.49
Retailer:
Origin
More offers from Origin
I was looking at grabbing Battlefield 4 premium pass for free but then noticed EA is offering Battlefield 1 Standard Edition for $6.49CAD and adding premium pass for free (similar to the XB1/PS4 promo). It came to $7.33 CAD with tax.

Played the beta and was not a fan. I did love BF3-4 and BFBC2 though ...did this one end up getting fixed and being fun?
I'd normally just wait to check out the next one but I mean game plus premium for 8 bux I gotta ask.

Thanks... just read over that thread and saw that it was buried in that thread that was mainly about the free premium pass for Battlefield 1. But I saw there was a thread for Battlefield 1 XB1/PS4 for $9.99 so I thought $6.49 for PC/Origin would be worthy of its own thread.

Big fan of BF here too, although more BF2, BFBC etc. Never got to play the recent ones since my PC sucked (and I cant aim on consoles).
Played Tom clancy's games a loooong time ago on PC and they sucked! Now i'm tempted to go and see Rainbow six siege! :) What is great about it that got you away from BF?

To be honest its a long list of items, and also im not comparing the 2 games whatsoever, the only common thing is that they are both shooters.
But what mainly got me hooked on R6 is how intense each round and how important each and every single action you do, from selecting the right operator to map knowledge to knowing what your teammates are capable of.
R6 you need so much more skill other than just be able to shoot fast.

So the real question is...BF4 or BF1?

I just want to say, I bought it, first it might just be my mouse G502, terrible mouse stutter thats only fixed in bursts by alt tabbing, performance on my gtx 1060 was terrible and the online servers were more or less dead (less than 500 people if even close is what I saw). Anyways just here to bring good news that if you hate it and played it, Origin gives you 24 hours to request a refund. Thank god.
