OT -- How to clear out my personal info on my Pearl

Im returning a BB Pearl to Rogers , and I have new BB Pearl replacement in my hands .
Id feel better if this BB was cleared out /

How would I delete all my personal information off the Pearl

To reset your BlackBerry (erase all personal data, reset to factory defaults)

From the home screen, select Options | Security Options
Select General Settings
Click the trackwheel, and select Wipe Handheld
Click Continue
When prompted, type "blackberry" to continue
Your BlackBerry device will erase all the data and put the settings back to factory default
After your device resets, turn the wireless radio back on
