Bosch 18V Bare tools

Good bare tools deals on Bosch. They don't have free shipping but it is reasonable. Maybe they don't charge sales taxes to orders outside Quebec. The web site is Meh but their stores are big.

Never hear of this place, but that's what it's like in Quebec with small retailers, mom and pop type stuff... BMR is another... Really great price on the circular saw, I got one about a year ago and never use the corded Bosch I have (like not once). Been waiting on the cordless Jigsaw, great price, but I just bought a corded SKIL for $50... not sure if I should splurge, although I must admit the cordless part is hugely practical.

Don't know how you found this, but good post!

Hammer drill (bare tool) for $59.97 is attractive if you have the batteries and charger from an existing set.

Price matched at beat this at HD through chat. No idea if this place ships, plus there are non close to me, at least with HD they are all over and their service has been great each time.

Note, the prices on the 18V batteries at this "sale" are not good; Amazon.ca has better prices, especially the 2 x 4A batteries at $119.

I'm kinda shocked that HD would match this. I'll fall over if our local one does especially with it being on-line Quebec.

Been there once at one of the two locations to buy a Bosch gravity stand at $179. The store was quite big. They have Festool too. Shipping to my place about 50 km away is $16. Not far from the gas I'd have to spend anyways (and bridge traffic from hell).

They also have the new Core 6.3 ah Batteries on sale.

The brushless mutil-tool with Starlock is decent too at $179 . Only $70 more than the Ryobi but not in the same league.

These tools are not easy to get on sale since the big box stores don't carry them.

If any of you can get HD to match - awesome. Local Reno-Depot nearby should match.

The brushless impact wrench is a good deal too.

The jigsaw came at $125 including taxes, price beat by HD. Would have gone with Reno or Rona but their online game is very poor they are newbies HD is far superior and easy.

There are some good deals there for sure, like you said most big store retailer don't carry most of the Bosch stuff these guys do. I would have pulled the trigger on the small Bosch router, but read that it's quite poor at accuracy, I have my eye on the Rigid one, waiting on a sale of sorts hopefully at HD.

I'm in Quebec, just not super close to any of these physical locations. Why wouldn't HD price match?

I have that Jigsaw and like it a lot. Only small issue is that the battery sometimes comes lose (unclicks) and you lose power.

Thanks OP!! They also have the bare 18 volt Reciprocating Saw for $75.97. It's on Home Depot's website for $149.99. I called Home Depot and they would match the price (with free shipping) but would not do the match plus 10% because I live in Ontario - still a really good deal if you have the batteries and charger already (which I do).

The Bosch 18V jigsaw is great for cutting out circles or ovals.
I have the Bosch hammer drill from last RFD mention of this tool store. I visited the smaller of the two stores. That was impressive.
It is a good source for Bosch tools!

Have you use this for concrete use before? I cannot find many reviews on it. I usually drill 3/8 holes. I feel it wouldnt be up to the task.

Hands down one of the best tool deal finds recently. Thank you!

edit:

Just a sample kit I put together. If HD did PM and PB everything then it would be under $500 for a very sweet kit

$551.85 vs $1,019.99

I've used a bosch 1/2 in 18v hammer drill to make holes in concrete blocks and bricks. With the right bits it was like drilling in wood - Very smooth and easy to do
