It costs a lot, But you'll love to spend money and time on your cat. Please remember that your new kitten should be kept indoors at all times and shouldn't be allowed outdoors until they are old enough to cope with outdoor life.

Got back from the vet with a $300 bill. Pretty expensive for a shelter kitty. o__o

Maybe you're the cat's most obedient companion.

But I would just first like to ask, on top of the money to pay for the kitten itself, which i know is quite a bit of money, how much more would i need to start myself up? A litter box...food...scratch tower things...what else do I need to account for? And approx how much extra money would that be? I would just like a rough idea of that so I know what I get myself into. That would be great. Thanks !
I didn't feed any cats before. but most of my friends did. sometimes they complain that cat food is a big expense. BY the way, i think it is better to buy cats some toys. if so, he will not bob around u everyday.
