Oxygen Administration Kit

Hello,

Can somebody please direct me on where to buy an Oxygen Administration Kit for medical purposes. I'm looking for something simple that comes with an oxygen filled tank and a mask. A small sized tank is good enough with an adult sized mask.

I don't even know where to buy one in Toronto actually - hopefully somebody could help me out.
