Pack of dogs maul crocodile
Sometimes nature is cruel but there is also a beauty in that cruelty.
The crocodile as one of the ultimate predators can fall victim to the
kind of implemented 'team work' strategy which is possible due to the
pack mentality and social structure of canines.

but not if you're squeamish!

I'm going back to Cali, rising, surprising, Advising realizing, she's sizing me up - Her bikini - small; heels - tall - She said, she liked, the ocean
She showed me a beach, gave me a peach - and pulled out the suntan lotion

I have a husky and I love her to death, but she is a lot of work, almost as much as a damn child is.
She gets jealous of other people and animals, she is very protective (which is good and bad), she is not good with strangers, children or other animals (she likes to kill other animals, all animals, any shape and size). I built a huge kennel outside for her. She dug under it and escaped. I put cement blocks down so she couldn't dig under, so she climbed the 6 foot fence and jumped over.
Huskies are amazing dogs, but keep in mind, they are 10 times as much work as most other dogs._______________

Mar 22nd, 2006 03:37 PM #14And I thought I was the only one with a Husky who always tried to run away. Makes me feel better that yours runs as well, I thought it was bad up-bringing or something. Mine use to always try to escape from the yard too, either by digging under the fence or waiting for the gate to be not tottaly shut and using his paw/snout to pry it open.
