I am trying to purchase using the coupon code and i get an error saying its not valid.
i called up customer service and they told me the code is not valid on this discounted price.

Quick question - do you get free shipping at home? or you have to do store pick up?

I tried the coupons listed here:

http://coupons.redflagdeals.com/i.php/all/Sears.ca_138/

...specifically the $10 off $100 coupon which did not work for me; I phoned the Sears toll free number and they gave me the code I used and listed above.

It was obviously a one time useage code, so use the same approach and they will hopefully give you a proprietary code as well.

Shipping is free right now to your home if the item weighs under 10 lbs. This set weighs more than that so get it sent to your nearest Sears pick up point for free.

Nope, it is all 18/10 stainless steel; albeit with an encapsulated aluminum layer in the base for quicker heating and better heat distribution.

Aluminum has better heat conduction than steel but worse than copper. Assuming the build quality is ok, this is a pretty good deal for mid range cookware. However, don't be fooled by the huge discounts. No way is it worth the $599 regular price.

Thanks. I was in need of new cookware anyways. My 10yr old teflon set has seen better days...
coupon code worked fine for me. At the review order, I added the promo code first, before filling out the credit card payment details.

Cookware is WAAAY WAAAY over priced. It's no wonder why there are always cookware sales 65% off...

Is this made in PEI? I know some of their lower end stuff is made in China. Thx.

Good question... I won't know until it arrives!

18/10 steel which should be pretty good...
