I emailed them right away. They said if I did not use it and did not remove the tags I can just mail it to them and include printout of the email. I did so, spent $10 on postage to PEI. Within 2 weeks I received the stainless steel one.

IMHO, none of those compares with the Fusion5. Those all have bonded bottom pads. The Fusion5 has heat conductive layers that go all the way up the sides of the pot for much more even heat. This is especially important with gas, in my experience, but it's noticeably better on an electric cooktop too.Triqueux wrote: ↑Dec 8th, 2012 3:24 amThere are also three sets that are on sale on paderno's website (shipping not included, but you get a free Mini Fry Pan)

+1, heat distribution is really good in Fusion5.cheaper_than_cheap wrote: ↑Dec 8th, 2012 4:30 amIMHO, none of those compares with the Fusion5. Those all have bonded bottom pads. The KitchenAid fully clad set that goes on for $180ish at Canadian Tire from time to time might be in the same league, performance wise, but I like the Made in Canada aspect of the Fusion5.

After admiring my 14 piece set for almost a year I decided to use the non-stick frying pan. I wished I had known I could trade pans.

You don't like using your non-stick?
