Painting Trim on House

Hi,
We need to paint the trim on our house and need the gutters caulked. Can anyone suggest a company in the Lower Mainland that will do the job at a reasonable cost? Also, what is the estimated cost for something like this?

with the scarcity of trades people available now, i think nobody will come out and do this job. You will have to find the "leftovers" and the handyman types who will do this for you.

the only place that has these people are the Classifieds in the Courier.
