Panasonic Repair Nightmare

I sent my Panasonic ZS-7 out for repair using Canpar back in June. Around AugustI began to get worried about the status of it, so I called Professional Electronics, a sub-contractor for Panasonic repairs. Professional electronics has no idea about its where about and told me to call Panasonic again. I call Panasonic, they took the information and gave me a reference number. A week later I call them again to see whats happening, and the CSR claims they can't look up reference numbers, the CSR again took my information and told me he would escalate it to his supervisor. Now its another week later and no information about my cameras where abouts and no calls from the supervisor. I called Canpar for information regarding the delivery and they said they have a signed confirmation about its delivery.

Basically Panasonic has no idea of where my camera went, they refuse to do anything about it, and there is no email/phone number where I can call to find about the status of its repair.

Completely incompetent staff and and repair process.
