I was at the Mississauga Costco location this morning and pick up the last unitCadillacJack wrote: ↑So I have a horseshoe you know where. I noticed yesterday at the new Mississauga Costco that they carried the 65ST60 for $2199, and only had three units left in stock. I found this odd as they just opened earlier this week and we all know that this unit is hard to find, etc.
I go back today and there's nothing left but the demo unit, probably due to this thread. Knowing it has only been open for a few days and looks brand new, I worked with the manager to get it for $1950. Bought the extended warranty for an extra $99, and now I'm protected for 5 years. Will hook it up shortly when my wife gets home. I hope it's as good as everyone says - it's replacing a 4 year old Sharp 60" LCD.
So it might be worth it to call your local Costco to see if they have this. The stock number according to my receipt is 999365.

I couldn't find any 65ST60s on sale as FS/BB did not have stock near my area. If anyone is in the GTA, G&G electronics has the the 65VT60 in stock. I bought one for close to 3700 after tax, EHF, and shipping. I didn't get as good a deal BMAC but I was too tired trying to find a store with stock for a 65" ST60/VT60.

After a day popping into different stores this is what I can come up with.
A. National retailer will pricematch receipts from the last few days and will discount further if we do a mini group buy like 2 or 3 people buying a set. I''m looking for a 55" st60 I messaged Wozman on another forum maybe he or someone else will be able to help us out.
B. Small shop has 55"'s for sale for $1375. He charges 2% extra if you pay with a credit card.
Both are in Toronto. Sooooooo if anyone would like to work together let me know. I'm going to repost this is another thread.

Sorry I don't have access to a scanner at the moment, It was obviously a local store purchase deal maybe. If the same deal is not available @ your Best Buy in GTA. I was at the London Ontario North store.Irridion wrote: ↑After a day popping into different stores this is what I can come up with.

If you phone can't take a pic I'm happy to wait for a scan Wozman.
My store will take any receipt from an authorized Panasonic dealer (only in Canada) and price adjust for us. They're happy to do so.

Amazon DOT Com is American. They do not ship to Canada.
The problem with them is
A. Getting a credit card authoirzed with them.
B. Getting items shipped to to a holding company
C. Paying the extra exchange fees, duty, taxes
D. Arranging for pick/delivery
E. No warranty in Canada
Can be done but I costed it out as saving about $100 and a boatload of headaches. Transportation is tricky

Just got off the phone.
So far I'm very confident that we can get the 55" for $1350.00 from an authorized dealer if we have get 3 people together. The 60" are apparently quite difficult to get a hold of.... I'll keep working on this!

Thanks for your efforts. I've been trying to score a 60ST60 and the cheapest I can find is $1799. Not bad considering the shortage but it just galls me knowing that just a few weeks ago Fry's in the U.S. had them on for $997. Let me know if you come up with anything, and yes, I'd be in for a group buy. Good luck.

FYI - its Wozman
Anyways, The bill of sales shows $1299 for my deal. (see attached photo) HOWEVER reason its $1299, is because I wanted the 3 year service plan added to the deal. Salesman gave me $100 off of the service plan buy taking the extra $100 off of the listed sale price of $1399, AND there was no stipulation of me getting this deal and having to also get the Service Plan, I chose to get the service plan. If I didn't get the service plan he would of sold me the display @ $1399 the listed sale price. Just so everyone knows they did not have to go hand and hand for me to score the deal.
Hope this helps.

As I stated in my post, ITS A PSP (Performance Service Plan) if you are familiar with (BB) BEST BUY, 3 year extended warranty, that I chose to buy, he sold me the PSP for $299 but had to take off the $100 for the current listed price instead, Its not hard......
The regular cost of the TCP55ST60 was $1399....... Mind you this whole deal was only valid tell last Thursday at my local BB, unless they extended it.
